Soprano recalls his first child, born under X
Father of three children, Soprano is usually very discreet about his privacy. But in an interview with Seven to Eight, this Sunday, August 29, the Marseille rapper confided with open heart on one of the most painful episodes of his life. Indeed, when he was only 16 years old, Soprano had a child born under X that he never had the opportunity to know. “She placed the child in the DDASS without notifying me. He was born under X (…), and as I did not recognize him, I am not considered to be his father. And it hurts me, because right now I don’t know if he’s alive, if he’s healthy. It’s complicated, ”he explains, not without emotion.

His wish ? To be able to find it one day
Since this painful episode, many years have passed. But whatever, Soprano always dream of reunite with her first child. He also dedicated his piece “Parle-moi” to her in 2007, a way for him to heal through music, at a time when the 42-year-old artist wanted to suicide. “There was a time when I wanted to take my life. It was a very complicated period, luckily the music was there because I was able to let go of everything inside so as not to do more stupid things than that, ”he confided. The singer also spoke of the loss of his father, who died of Covid-19 last year.
